Head of the project of accompanying and reintegrating children in ZEST Autsorsing

We are holding a competition for the position of "Child Support and Reintegration Project Manager" to the team of the Coordination Center for the Development of Family Education and Child Care. 

The coordination center is a consulting body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, whose task is to coordinate the efforts of the government, international and public organizations for the development of the child care system based on global and European practices, which will meet the urgent needs of Ukraine and the long-term goals of joining the European Union. Main responsibilities:

• Organization and coordination of the functioning of the national system of reintegration of children, including the development and implementation of normative, methodical and procedural documents.

• Ensuring interdepartmental coordination of central and regional authorities regarding accompanying children after return and integration of reintegration processes into the protection system children.

• Coordinating the implementation of a complex reintegration route for the child, including access to social, educational, medical and psychosocial services.

• Management of international interaction and donor support in the field of reintegration, including the preparation of analytical materials, proposals and coordination of partners.

• Development and implementation of a system for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of reintegration, preparation regular reporting and analytics.

• Representation of reintegration at the national and international levels, participation in working groups, negotiations and public events.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher education in the specialty: international relations, law, social policy, public administration, humanitarian sciences or related directions.

• Experience of work from 7 years, and at least 3 years in the field of public policy, protection of children's rights, social protection, system reform or management of complex programs.

• Experience of coordination of interdepartmental interaction at the national or regional level.

• Experience of working with international organizations, donors or diplomatic partners.

• Experience in developing regulations, strategic documents or policies will be an advantage.

• Experience in managing teams and/or multilateral processes will be an advantage.

• English — Upper-Intermediate level.

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

• Understanding the rights protection system child and mechanisms of intersectoral interaction.

• Strategic planning and change management skills.

• Experience in developing analytical materials, position documents and reporting.

• Skills in building monitoring and evaluation systems.

• Experience in managing funding, forming donor proposals or coordinating international support will be a plusevagoy.
