A critically important organization - the charitable foundation "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv" invites the cooperation of the Head of the Project Implementation Department.

We implement humanitarian projects in the regions that need support the most. If you have experience in implementing humanitarian projects, a desire to influence people's lives, work with international partners and implement initiatives that really change the country - join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of the overall implementation strategy of Fund projects in accordance with approved grants and community needs;
  • Active participation in the development and writing of new project proposals and grant applications;
  • Direct management and coordination of the work of all project managers (Project Managers) and project staff
  • Control over the timely and high-quality submission of all interim and final reports (narrative and financial) to the Head of the Foundation and donors;
  • Monitor compliance with deadlines and quality of project implementation;
  • Team interaction;
  • Direct negotiations and communication with key donors, partners, military and civil administrations at a high level.;
  • Business correspondence;
  • Representation of the fund during visits.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Full higher education (management, economics, international relations);
  • Deep understanding of the project management cycle (PCM), experience with large grant programs (USAID, EU, UNHCR, INGOs) and ensuring their financial/narrative accountability;
  • Knowledge of international humanitarian standards (SPHERE)
  • Communication skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Language skills: Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level for communication with international partners);
  • Resistance to stress, creativity, attentiveness, responsibility, teamwork, desire for development.
  • Resilience: Ability to work in conditions of constant changes and anti-crisis mode, high stress resistance
