The public organization "Free Choice" has been working in the field of veteran affairs since 2015. We provide individual and group psychological support to veterans, defenders and their family members. We are expanding the team and are looking for an experienced head of the project department who will ensure the effective organization of project processes and high-quality support for the organization's clients.

Main duties

Management of projects:

• Planning, launch and coordination of GO projects.
• Control of timeline, budgets, KPI and reporting.
• Management of project risks and resources.
• Formation and development of the project team.
• Conducting regular meetings, setting tasks and monitoring their implementation.
• Mentoring and supporting team members.
• Forming reports and providing recommendations for improving project activities in the organization.
• Requirements for the candidate
• Experience in project management and pool coordination projects (the public sector will be an advantage).
• Ability to plan, coordinate and optimize project processes within the framework of several projects.
• Teamwork skills: coordination, motivation, control of execution.
• Responsibility, proactivity and ability to work at a fast pace.
• Willingness to work offline in Kyiv as needed.
