Location: m. Kharkiv. The office is located 200 meters from the Zavodska metro exit, near the Rost supermarket.

Salary: Competitive rate + bonuses

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of supply and logistics strategy taking into account business goals of the company.
• Analysis of production needs on the basis of requests for the purchase of TMC.
• Organization of procurement of raw materials, components and consumables.
• Agreement of technical requirements and specifications for procurement with the technical directorate.
• Search and assessment of new suppliers, establishment of long-term partnerships. terms, cost.

Coordination of work of the supply and warehouse department:

• Organization and optimization of warehouse logistics, balance control.
• Implementation of automated inventory management systems (ERP, WMS).
• Development of warehousing, inventory and accounting procedures.
• Ensuring compliance of delivered materials with technical requirements.
• Interaction with department heads to promptly resolve work issues.
• Prompt response to delays, poor quality deliveries or other problems.
• Development and implementation of anti-crisis measures to ensure uninterrupted supply TMC.

Optimization of logistics processes:

• Development of optimal delivery routes, minimization of logistics costs.
• Control of timeliness of delivery of materials and components to production plots.
• Organization of transport logistics, interaction with carriers.
• Control of company vehicles, timely maintenance and repair.

Management of the production support directorate team:

• Formation of a team of professionals insupply and warehouse affairs.
• Selection, adaptation, training and development of employees.
• Implementation of motivational programs, evaluation of team effectiveness.

Cooperation withother departments:

• Interaction with various departments of the company to ensure smooth production.

Reporting:

• Preparation of analytical reports on purchases, costs and stock status.

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of the production processes of cable harnesses, cables and electrical automation and control units.
• Knowledge of modern practices in the field of supply, logistics, warehouse accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (1C, SAP, Oracle) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• High level of analytical thinking, ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty.
• Negotiation skills at the level of top management.
• Leadership, the ability to motivate the team to achieve goals.
• Orientation on results and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work with neural networks.
• Experience of working as a head of the production support department in a manufacturing company for over 5 years.
