• You have experience in management positions in construction or a deep understanding of construction processes.

• You have specialized programs (AutoCAD, Digital, etc.).
• You are good at project management: you clearly set priorities, tasks and monitor their execution according to the plan.

What we will entrust to you:

• Organization and control of the estimate work: checking the estimate documentation for compliance with the project and regulatory requirements.
• Calculation of the cost of construction works and materials taking into account current market prices and regulatory bases (DSTU, DBN).
• Analysis project documentation on the subject of economic efficiency and cost optimization.
• Control over the preparation and verification of estimates for tenders, contracts and subcontracted works.
• Coordinating estimates with customers and contractors, participating in negotiations on the cost of works.
• Monitoring the market of construction materials and works, making adjustments to calculations in accordance with changes prices.
• Formation of financial forecasts and reporting on costs and economic efficiency of projects.
• Coordination of work of estimators, preparation of recommendations for optimizing costs and increasing project profitability.
