The Defense Procurement Agency DOT is a state-owned enterprise engaged in the procurement of equipment, ammunition, UAVs, food, clothing, fuel and lubricants for the Armed Forces and the Defense Forces.

Now we are looking for a Head of the product management departmentto manage product teams, plan and control the implementation of digital solutions aimed at the functioning of processes in the defense sector.

Position duties:

1. Planning, coordination and management of product development from initiation to implementation.
2. Determining the goals and results of the final product, developing an implementation plan and monitoring its implementation.
3. Analysis of business processes, requirements and needs for the formation of appropriate solutions.
4. Hiring, management and development of a team of business analysts and project managers.
5. Communication with end users, management, team members and suppliers.
6. Optimization of business analysis and management processes projects.
7. Evaluation and implementation of new technologies and systems to support product development processes.
8. Research of legal acts during the preparation of technical requirements.
9. Preparation of technical requirements and technical tasks for IT solutions in accordance with the needs of stakeholders.
10. Participation in the development of technical requirements for the implementation of the SAP system together with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
11. Preparation and submission of regular reports on the status of product development to management and interested parties.

Requirements for candidates:

1. Higher education in the field of information technology, management, system analysis or related fields.
2. Experience of 1 year in a similar position in the field of project or product management.
3. Experience in the formation of high-level technical requirements and detailed technical tasks.
4. Experience in the implementation of product management processes and business analysis.
5. Experience in working with ClickUp, Camunda or their analogues.
6. Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notations.
7. Understanding the principles of API operation and approaches to the integration of information systems.
8. Knowledge of the principles of operation of digital tools used in state information systems (KEP, state registers, etc.).
9. High communication skills and experience of interaction with stakeholders.
10. Knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than Intermediate.
11. Proactive civic position and zero tolerance for corruption.
12. Openness to new knowledge and readiness for continuous professional development.
13. Additional education in the field of business analysis, product management, public administration or SAP will be an advantage.
14. Experience of participating in the implementation of SAP will be an advantage.
15. Experience of cooperation with government agencies will be an advantage.
