Job Description

The Mariupol City Council is expanding its team of HR professionals and is looking for a strong head of department who will build a systematic approach to personnel development, strengthening the management team, forming a personnel reserve and talent management. We need a professional who knows how to work with data, think strategically and build effective teams.

Your main tasks:

• Formation of the strategy of planning and development of MMR personnel.

• Development of HR policies, implementation and control of their implementation.

• Formation of personnel reserves and development systems managers.

• Organization of motivational programs, improvement of productivity and quality of personnel work.

• Preparation of HR analytics, forecasting of personnel needs, proposals for optimization.

• Building a system of training, professional development and development of personnel.

• Ensuring the implementation of goal setting (KPI/OKR) at enterprises and in divisions.

We will invite you for an interview if you have:

• Full university education.

• Experience in HR from 3 years, preferably in management roles.

• Strong management, communication and process coordination skills.

• Understanding of HR analytics, planning and forecasting.

• Experience in forming or managing KPI / OKR systems.

• Knowledge of labor legislation, basic labor standards and HR processes.

• Confident work with Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365.

• Ability to work with a large amount of information and in high dynamic conditions.
