Chief specialist of the personnel selection and professional development department of the Personnel Department in Derzhavna sluzhba morskogo ta richkovogo transportu Ukrayini

The State Service of Sea and Inland Water Transport and Shipping of Ukraine is looking for a chief specialist of the personnel selection and professional development department of the Personnel Department. 

Location of the subdivision, Kyiv, 14 Beresteyskyi Avenue.

Requirements for the candidate:

citizenship of Ukraine; 

availability of an educational and qualification level not lower than a bachelor's, junior bachelor's;

fluency in the state language. 

staff development and organization of raising the level of professional competence of civil servants and employees of the Shipping Administration;

organization of performance evaluation of civil servants of the Shipping Administration.

Work conditions:

position salary - UAH 22,451;

allowances, additional payments, bonuses in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "About the civil service".

Terms of appointment:

the appointment is temporary until the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, but no more than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
