Head of the personnel management department in KIYiV HLIB

We are looking for a Head of Human Resources who will help us create a comfortable, motivating and productive work environment for employees, supporting the strategic goals of the company and the development of its team.

What will be in your responsibilities:

• Management of the personnel management department, formation and implementation of HR strategy in accordance with ALVIVA GROUP business goals.
• Implementation of effective systems of motivation, personnel evaluation and development of corporate culture.
• Ensuring timely resolution of personnel issues, conducting internal communications and maintaining a healthy climate in the team.
• Control of compliance with labor legislation and internal policies companies.
• Collaboration with department heads to determine personnel needs and form team development plans.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of HR processes and preparation of reports for management.

We are looking for you if:

• You have a higher education and work experience in managerial positions in the field of HR for at least 2 years.
• You have a deep understanding of modern HR tools, personnel management methods and labor legislation.
• You are able to organize the work of a team, motivate people and find a common language with different departments.
• You have analytical thinking, proactivity and responsibility.
