Basic requirements:

• higher or incomplete higher education;
• successful work experience of 1 year or more in the field of sales, as well as the sale of credit products or in the retail sector and working with customers;
• the ability to quickly accept credit decision;
• ability to process and analyze a large volume of information (figures, documents);
• experience in searching and recruiting personnel;
• management, organizational skills.

Your tasks:

• management of a team of consultants (recruitment, training, planning of team activities, control of the implementation of set goals);
• development of the client base (organization of search and attraction of clients);
• participation in the development and implementation and support of company promotions;
• planning, organization and analysis of team sales;
• support of credit agreements.
