Requirements:Higher education of the first or second level. General work experience of at least 5 years (preferably in the field of working with personnel in state bodies, state enterprises, institutions, organizations), of which at least 2 years by profession (preferably in management positions).
Knowledge of the basics of the relevant labor legislation of Ukraine, regulations, instructions and other management materials and regulatory documents regarding personnel accounting.
Knowledge of activities in all hr areas: recruiting, onboarding, adaptation, motivation, personnel reserve, personnel evaluation, work with corporate culture, training and development.
Knowledge of HR-analytics and modern HR-tools.

Main duties:
- Organization of personnel selection and staffing of the Fund with employees of the necessary professions, conducting research, forecasting and determining the need for personnel based on the Foundation's strategy and activity plans.
- Development of the employer brand, presentation of the Foundation on the labor market.
- Development and support of adaptation (onboarding) programs.
- Organization and conduct of research on the level of involvement, staff satisfaction, implementation of best practices in personnel management in accordance with EU standards and the requirements of international donors.
- Ensuring the implementation and functioning of the performance management system personnel, which includes setting goals, regular evaluation of work results, feedback and use of evaluation results for management decision-making.
- Development and implementation of annual plans for training and development of personnel, individual plans for professional development of employees, evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Participation in conducting official investigations.
- Ensuring the implementation of procedures aimed at preventing conflicts of interest, discrimination, mobbing and other violations labor rights.
- Taking measures to resolve conflict situations in the team, organizing and supporting the processes of resolving labor and interpersonal conflicts, ensuring the use of facilitation, mediation, negotiation and restorative practices, providing advisory support to managers and employees, as well as analyzing the causes of conflicts, developing preventive measures to improve the social and psychological climate, including with the use of advanced facilitation techniques practitioner.
