Head of the parking control department in Departament municipalnoyi varti RMR

Requirements:

• higher education according to the educational qualification level of master, specialist;
• fluency in the state language;
• professional work experience in local self-government bodies, civil service positions or professional work experience in enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, for at least 2 years;
• knowledge of the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine "On Service in Local Self-Government Bodies", "On Prevention of Corruption", Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, Road Traffic Rules of Ukraine and basic knowledge of legislation taking into account the functional specifics of the Municipal Guard Department of the Rivne City Council;
• knowledge of computer equipment and basic programs at the level of a confident user;
• ability to work with information, focus on achieving final results, ability to work in a team;
• discipline, organization, responsibility, moral stability, sociability;
• availability of a category B driver's license

Duties:

• ensuring the implementation of the state policy on compliance with traffic rules in terms of stopping and parking in accordance with the powers granted by the local self-government body.

• to organize the work of the department within the limits of the specified powers, to ensure legality, law and order, protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the Rivne territorial community;

• to carry out an inspection of citizens' compliance with the rules of parking, stopping and parking of vehicles and to organize inspection work on violations of the rules of traffic of vehicles on the territory of the Rivne urban territorial community. Organize work on consideration of appeals from citizens, public associations, state and non-state enterprises, institutions and organizations;

• ensure the fulfillment of the tasks and functions assigned to the Department, ensure the implementation of the Department's work plan on issues related to the work of the Department;
• distribute responsibilities among employees of the Department, coordinate and monitor the performance of job duties;
• ensure the performance of other tasks and functions determined by the Regulations on the Department and executive bodies of the Rivne City Council, the regulations on the Division, other legislative acts, on issues that belong to the Department's competence, and the execution of other orders and assignments of higher-level managers.
