Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for developing work plans and comprehensive measures for achieving established standards and increasing the existing level of labor protection, budget formation
• Organizes the implementation of control over compliance with labor protection requirements by employees of the enterprise and subcontractors and the issuance of mandatory orders to eliminate identified deficiencies
• Organizes training (training) and testing of employees’ knowledge on labor protection issues, pre-medical care and the procedure for performing high-risk works
• Participates in the organization carrying out technical inspections, expert examinations and testing of high-risk equipment
• Responsible for obtaining permit documentation for the performance of work and operation of high-risk equipment
• Organizes and participates in state and internal investigations of accidents and accidents that occurred at the production site, performs cause analysis and development measures for their prevention and elimination
• Organizes risk assessment for occupational health and safety issues and the development and implementation of corrective measures
• Responsible for the implementation of international standards in the field of occupational health and safety.

We invite you to an interview if you have:

• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory legal acts, methodical materials on issues of labor protection, fire and man-made safety, civil protection, the basics of labor legislation
• Knowledge and skills of implementing the best international practices in the field of labor safety (leadership in the field of occupational safety, safety audits, behavioral audits, five steps of safety, LOTO, 5S, etc.)
• Experience in implementing a risk-oriented approach in the field of occupational safety
• Experience in conducting training (trainings) in occupational safety and fire safety, as well as fire prevention and emergency prevention training
• Proficiency in accounting systems at the level of a confident user: Excel, Power Point, Ofice 365
• Experience in software: 1C, SAP, ITSM, K2 BPM, Partners, Vchasno
• Experience in drawing up technical tasks, carrying out commercial selection of counterparties
• Category B driver's license and car driving experience.
