"Head of the Occupational Health and Fire Safety Department."

Remote work and hybrid schedule are not considered!!!

Requirements:

• Higher or higher education;
• Perfect knowledge and application of the legislation of Ukraine on labor protection and fire safety;
• Work experience of 5 years or more in a managerial position in the labor protection department (preferably in the construction and manufacturing companies);
• Confident PC user (MS Office);

Responsibilities:

• Development of work plans of the department and comprehensive measures to achieve the established standards and increase the existing level of occupational safety, occupational hygiene, civil protection, fire safety, environmental safety, budget formation.
• by employees of the enterprise and subcontractors.
• Organization of training and testing of employees’ knowledge on issues of labor protection, civil protection and fire safety, to medical care and the procedure for performing high-risk works.
• Organization of obtaining permit documentation for the performance of work and operation of high-risk equipment.
• Organization and participation in state and internal investigations of accidents and accidents that occurred in production, analysis of causes and development of measures for their prevention and elimination.
• Organization of risk assessment on labor protection issues and development and implementation of corrective measures.
• Organization and conduct of medical examinations of employees of certain categories, attestation of workplaces, professional selection of employees involved in work of increased hazards, maintenance of fire protection systems and fire extinguishing means.
• Working with inspection and control bodies.
• Control of construction site operations (regular visits to control the state of labor safety and fire safety);
