Head of the meat production department in Retail Group

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the market of meat and fish products, formation of a production development strategy;
• Financial planning of production processes;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of commercial and financial indicators;
• Organization and management of projects aimed at the development of meat and fish production, introduction of new technologies;
• Organization, planning and control of the work of existing workshops, participation in the launch of new production sites;
• Calculation of the production load and compilation of productivity standards for different areas of production;
• Analysis of the efficiency of the use of equipment and personnel;
• Participation in the selection, training and development of production personnel.

Requirements:

• Experience of 3 years in management positions in the field of meat or fish production;
• In-depth knowledge of meat and fish processing technologies, modern production equipment;
• Successful experience in the organization and optimization of meat or fish production;
• Understanding the principles of forming commercial and financial indicators in the manufacturing business;
• Practical experience in launching new production lines or enterprises;
• Ability to work with regulations, technical maps, performance indicators;
• Analytical thinking, systematic approach, proactivity, orientation to the result.
