Together with the team SUPERPERFORMERS you will:

• Develop and implement the strategy of the loyalty program, including planning and execution of the Road Map
• Manage the effectiveness of the loyalty program
• Analyze the dynamics of the indicators of the loyalty program, identify risks and take preventive measures to level them
• Develop and implement measures to achieve target values KPI
• Initiate changes to loyalty program analytics and reporting (if necessary)
• Initiate training programs/changes to loyalty program training programs
• Develop and implement motivational programs to encourage fulfillment of loyalty program KPIs

• Higher education
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years (in retail will be an advantage)
• Skills in managing the effectiveness of the loyalty program
• Experience in analyzing the dynamics of program indicators loyalty
• Experience in developing and implementing measures to achieve KPI target values
• Experience in implementing innovative solutions based on AI and ML models in segmentation and communication with Guests
• Communicative, multitasking, initiative
