Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Team Lead of the account farm team, who will build the system work of the direction: from the creation of accounts to their stable operation and scaling.

Your role is to manage the farm process, the farm team and improve internal mechanics to ensure stable operation of accounts in various directions.

Responsibilities:

• Building account farm processes (Facebook, GMB) from scratch and optimizing current ones;
• Management of farm team: assignment of tasks, quality control, support, training;
• Analysis and monitoring of account performance, search and implementation of improvements;
• Adherence to Facebook and Google My Business policies and rules;
• Working with proxies, anti-detection browsers, SMS activators, automation tools;
• Automation of routine processes, development and implementation of instructions.

Requirements:

• Experience from 1 year in the field of account registration (Google, Facebook or other platforms);
• Experience using proxies, mail registration applications and SMS activators;
• Team management experience is an advantage.
