Head of the logistics department in Ustimenko L.S., FOP

City: Lviv (Lviv region)Salary: from 40,000 to 70,000 UAH (depends on experience, volume of operations, KPI and bonuses; average in Lviv ~45,000–50,000 UAH, in top vacancies up to 105,000 UAH, paid on time)Employment type: Full-timeWork schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (9:00-18:00), possible unscheduled trips, business trips or weekend work as needed

Responsibilities:

• Full management of the logistics department (warehouse, transport, delivery, purchases) materials/services)
• Planning and optimization of logistics processes, routes, costs for transportation and warehouse storage
• Team management (drivers, logisticians, storekeepers, dispatchers - 10-25 people depending on the company)
• Interaction with suppliers, carriers, customs brokers and customers
• Control of compliance with delivery deadlines, KPI of the department, minimization of losses and downtime
• Implementation and support of WMS/TMS/ERP systems (1C, SAP or similar)
• Analysis of logistics costs, preparation of reports, implementation of supply chain improvements
• Ensuring compliance with regulations (including for specific industries, if necessary)

Requirements:

• Higher education (logistics, economics, management, transport or a related specialty)
• Experience as a logistics manager / head of department from 3 years
• In-depth knowledge of logistics processes in Ukraine (domestic and international transportation)
• A confident PC user (Excel at the level of summary tables and analysis, 1C, Google Sheets)
• Experience with TMS/WMS/ERP systems will be significant an advantage
• Leadership qualities, the ability to motivate a team, resolve conflicts
• English at the Intermediate level or higher (for documentation and international partners) is an advantage
• Analytical mindset, focus on results and cost optimization
