TCHU is thousands of people all over Ukraine who make the world a better place every day. to completion, ensuring project goals are met within budget and time constraints;
Coordinating the plan with key stakeholders and the project team;
Selection and formation of the project team. Distribution of tasks and definition of roles in the team;
Constant monitoring of the progress of works in accordance with the plan;
Identifying possible risks and developing strategies for their management;
Providing regular project status reporting to stakeholders and management;
Communicate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders;
Project scope tracking and customer-side requirements management;
Interaction with development teams in the process of planning sprints, evaluating the results;
Supporting users, conducting training, building a stable communication channel between the units of TCHU and the software developer.
General Responsibilities:
Carry out active work to achieve the goals of the TCHU.
To adhere to the principles of the Red Cross Movement and work in accordance with them.
Perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience as the Head of the project office of IT projects from 3 years.
Experience managing the development and implementation of ERP and CRM in a cross-functional environment.
Understanding the basics of the software development cycle (SDLC), the basics of project management, the principles and approaches of Agile metodology
Knowledge of approaches to the description of functional requirements.
Experience with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, as well as Jira, Google Docs.
Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines both independently and in a team.
High level of self-organization and time management.
Leadership qualities, attention to detail, analytical skills.
Responsibility for the decisions made and the result.
Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
The level of English is not lower than Intermediate.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to cooperate and work in a team.
The ability to make decisions.
Ability to cooperate with partners/contractors, local organizations.
Ability to apply non-standard/innovative solutions in work.
Ability to build trust.
