Overview of the vacancy

The vacancy involves working in the Department of Investment Policy of the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine in the sector of investment project evaluation.

The purpose of the Department's activity is to participate in the formation, coordination and implementation of a unified state investment policy in the spheres assigned to the competence of the Ministry.

Responsibilities

• coordination of work on the evaluation of public investment projects within the sectoral and unified project portfolios, as well as projects with significant investments
• preparation of analytical reports based on the results of monitoring for the Ministry's management
• organization of reporting within the framework of budget legislation (implementation of budget program passports, evaluation of the effectiveness of the budget program, etc.)
• development of regulatory and legal projects acts, processing and approval of draft acts, contracts, documents; preparation of conclusions regarding their compliance with the State Regional Development Strategy in terms of investment project evaluation

Requirements

• higher education with master's or specialist degree
• experience of 2 years of public service of categories "B" or "B", experience of service in local self-government bodies or managerial experience in enterprises/institutions
• knowledge of legislation on civil service and management of public investments
• developed communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to think analytically and process large amounts of information
• fluent command of the Ukrainian language
• proficiency in English at a level not lower than B1
• ability to work independently in conditions of multitasking
• higher education degree master's degree or specialist in the field of law, economics or finance will be an advantage
