Main duties:

• Participation in the organization of development and implementation of internal cyber security policies, regulations and instructions on cyber protection, promotion improving the management structure in this area;
• Organization and control of cyber security risk management;
• Supervision of the implementation of cyber protection measures;
• Monitoring the level of information security in systems;
• Coordination of work on responding to cyber incidents, cyber attacks and cyber threats, control over this;
• Conduct exercises, briefings and trainings on cyber hygiene;
• Organization of information exchange with the relevant CSIRT on cyber incidents, cyber attacks and cyber threats, taking into account internal regulations and plans.

Requirements:

• Higher education in one of the specialties of the field of knowledge "Information technologies" (priority specialty "Cybersecurity and information protection"), specialty "Information security management" of the field of knowledge "Security and defense", specialties "Electronics, electronic communications, "Automation, computer-integrated technologies and robotics" in the field of knowledge "Engineering, production and construction", as well as the specialty "Public management and administration" in the field of knowledge "Business, administration and law".
• Experience in management positions in the field of cyber security, information security, information protection or information technology for at least 3 years;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the fields of technical information protection, cyber protection, protection of state information resources and information;
• Knowledge of standards, guidelines, recommendations and other documents in the field of cyber protection and information protection.
