Requirements for the candidate: From 3 years of experience CRM Head\Product Owner FinTech or E-commerce products; Strong analytical background: LTV, ARPU, CAC, ROI, Churn, cohort analysis; Practical experience in implementing or integrating CRM platforms, understanding the principles of client communication platforms, in particular eSputnik or Braze, as well as working with JIRA, Confluence, Miro and Figma; Ability to combine product thinking, marketing tools and analytics.
