Head of the gas distribution station service department

Main tasks

1. Develops and submits to the head of the service for approval:

• plans for current repairs of the technological equipment of the GRS service;
• formation of maintenance plans for the year in the KASK SAP;
• report on repairs, maintenance and diagnostics in the KASK SAP;
• MAINTENANCE schedules of technological equipment;
• plan of organizational and technical measures to increase labor productivity, reliability of equipment operation, improvement of the organization repairs, implementation of mechanization and automation of production processes;
• relevant section of the plan of comprehensive measures to improve working conditions and safety;
• applications for the need of the HRS service in funds, materials, equipment of shut-off and regulating valves, tools, devices and mechanisms (including the need for restoration and replenishment of emergency stocks);

2. Performs operational management of the work of the staff of the HRS service, engaged in the operation and repair of technical and household equipment that provides low, medium and high pressure gas supply;

3. Ensures the implementation, operation and improvement of the quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system, energy management system of LLC "Operator GTS of Ukraine" in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 5000;

4. Ensures rational use and preservation of material assets at the disposal of the State Security Service;

5. Prepares proposals for the head of the GRS service on encouraging employees, assigning ranks or imposing fines;

6. Prepares draft orders on admission to internship and independent work;

7. Approves documents related to the activities of the GRS service, controls the preparation of primary documentation for accounting of working hours (timesheets) and necessary documents for receiving and issuing material assets for repair and operational needs;

8. Participates in the development of instructions for safe operation, maintenance and repair of equipment, devices and systems, instructions for occupational safety by professions and types of work, familiarizes service personnel with them, and also ensures the availability of necessary regulatory and official documentation (logs, forms) at workplaces;

9. Conducts work with persons enrolled in the personnel reserve;

10. Takes measures to ensure the best use of knowledge and experience of employees, strengthening labor and production discipline;

11. Organizes work on monitoring the state of labor protection of the first degree;

12. Executes the orders and instructions of the management of the Departments within the established termsof the Company, prescriptions and requirements of the bodies of State supervision, departmental control over the state of labor protection, comments and proposals of the labor protection, fire safety and civil protection services;

13. Makes appropriate decisions based on the results of analysis and control of production activities;

14. Uses the Company's CASK while performing his official duties;

15. Organizes and manages the implementation of assigned tasks within the framework of certified quality management systems, environmental management, occupational safety management and energy management, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards.
