The Milig company is looking for a system financial manager who will provide effective management of the company's financial flows, liquidity control and development of financial processes in the company.
Main tasks:
Organization and management of the work of the finance and treasury operations department
Planning and management of the company's cash flows (Cash Flow)
Formation and control of the payment calendar
Control of treasury operations and management of banking accounts
Ensuring timely and correct payments
Participation in the formation and control of enterprise budgets
Preparation of management financial reporting for management
Analysis of financial indicators and preparation of analytics for management decisions
Optimization of financial and treasury processes
Interaction with accounting, planning and economic department, production and company management
Management of the finance department team
Our expectations:
Higher education in the field of finance, economics or accounting
Experience in a managerial position in the field of finance or treasury from 2>5 years
Work experience in manufacturing companies (will be an advantage)
Practical experience in cash flow management, budgeting and financial planning
Experience with ERP systems (1C / BAS / SAP / or similar)
Strong analytical skills and systems thinking
Team management experience
High level of responsibility, structure, ability work with a large amount of financial data
