You will become part of the local VELUX Group finance team in Kyiv, closely cooperating with colleagues from sales departments, operational activities and regional financial network. 

Our team is small, close-knit and practically oriented. We provide a full cycle of financial, tax and administrative processes, guaranteeing compliance with the requirements of the law and the group, accuracy and uninterrupted daily work. In this position, you will work in SAP Business One (SBO) and act as an important link between finance and other company departments. 

What we offer

In this position, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial and administrative tasks, gaining experience in various aspects of the company's activities. You will have the opportunity to develop your accounting, reporting, compliance and cross-functional skills in an international environment. 

In more detail, your tasks will include:

• Accounting and control of fixed assets

• Processing and reconciliation of accounts with suppliers and VAT

• Processing of accounts payable">Processing of bank statements and payments to the client bank

• Writing off materials

• Making international payments and ensuring compliance with the requirements of foreign exchange legislation

• Maintenance and updating of directories in SAP Business One (SBO)

• Customer receivables control (credit control)

• Contract administration (suppliers, buyers)

• Coordination of administratorsive issues related to business trips, vacations, and fuel accounting

• Performance of EDI administrator functions

• Supporting other financial and operational processes as neededWhatyou will bring with you

  We are looking for a structured and proactive accounting specialist an accountant who works confidently with detailed accounting tasks while being ready to support broader administrative processes. You like to take responsibility, work independently and ensure accuracy in everything you do. 

  In addition, we expect thatB

  • Have experience in accounting or finance (experience with SAP Business One would be an advantage)

  • Understand and have knowledge of the principles of local accounting, VAT and currency regulation

  • Confidently work with fixed assets, accounts payable and receivables

  • Have a basic level of English (spoken and written)

  • Work in a structured manner and pay attention to details"
