We are currently looking for a Manager of the financial analysis department !

You will be:

  • Manage a financial analysis department consisting of several people;
  • Create and control the preparation of BS, P&L, CashFlow reports;
  • Prepare financial analyzes for the company's internal needs;
  • Participate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial plans;
  • Improve existing processes leading to improved efficiency of the department's work;
  • Operate advanced data analysis and reporting tools such as Optima and Excel;
  • Prepare other reports and financial statements as needed.

If you:

  • You have experience in managing a team of min. 2 years;
  • You know programs such as Optima and Excel at an advanced level;
  • You have experience in the area of ​​financial analysis, controlling and/or accounting;
  • You understand the principles of functioning of CRM / ERP and quickly acquire knowledge about new systems;
  • You know accounting principles well;
  • You are flexible and open to changes.
  • You have experience in working with BI systems - welcome.
