Head of digitization and automation in Agroprodservis, PAP

To become even better, we are looking for a head of digitization and automation - a specialist who thinks strategically, systematically and is able to lead a team to a result.

The work involves an offline format in the Ternopil region, in our modern office European style.

We want to see in the team a specialist who:

• understands agricultural business and sees how it can be made more efficient with the help of digital technologies;
• knows how to analyze processes, find "bottlenecks" and implement solutions that save time and resources;
• have 5 years of experience in IT, automation or digital transformation (experience in agriculture will be a big advantage);
• willing to work offline in the Ternopil region (it is important for us that you are close to the team - because live communication creates real solution).

Your area of responsibility:

• Development and implementation of the company's digitalization strategy;
• Optimization of production, logistics and management processes;
• Implementation of digital systems (ERP, CRM, GPS monitoring, analytics, etc.);
• Coordination of the work of the IT team and interaction with all departments;
• Data analysis and management reporting.
