Key responsibilities:

    • Development and implementation operational strategy to achieve the company's recruitment goals.
    • Develop and implement a CRM system for recruiting management (automation of the candidate funnel, integration with a career site, Telegram bot, job boards).
  • Initiate and implement AI solutions for recruitment and adaptation (resume analysis, chatbots for preliminary screening, personalized adaptation plans).
  • Build business processes for recruitment and adaptation of personnel (from request to effectiveness during the trial period).
  • Develop methods for evaluating the quality of recruitment (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, eNPS of newcomers).
  • Implementation of methods for evaluating the effectiveness and compliance of the candidate with expectations company during the trial period (through KPI analytics, manager evaluation and HR feedback).
  • Ensure constant analysis of the effectiveness of personnel search channels, form HR dashboards.
  • Coordinate adaptation programs for newcomers (onboarding, buddy system, support of managers).
  • Conduct HR research and labor market analysis to form an up-to-date search strategy.
  • Maintain corporate culture standards through high-quality “value-based” selection.

What is needed to become part of the team:

  • 2+ years of experience in the field recruitment/adaptation of personnel, preferably in retail, FMCG.
  • Experience implementation of CRM or ATS systems

    .

  • Understanding of HR analytics and personnel assessment methodology.

  • Experience in job analysis, competency profiling and fit assessment.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Power BI/HR-Dashboard/MS Teams tools.

  • Practical use or testing of AI tools for recruiting.

  • Experience in developing motivational systems to achieve planned results in recruitment.

  • Effective team management, control of task performance and achievement of unit indicators.
