Central-Western Interregional Administration State Service on Labor Issues — is a territorial body of the State Service of Ukraine on Labor Issues, whose activities extend to the territory of Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi regions.

The main tasks of the Interregional Administration are the implementation of state policy in the fields of industrial safety, labor protection, occupational hygiene, handling of industrial explosive materials, implementation of state mining supervision, as well as on matters of supervision and control over compliance with the legislation on labor, employment of the population, mandatory state social insurance in terms of appointment, calculation and payment of assistance, compensation, provision of social services and other types of material support in order to observe the rights and guarantees of insured persons at the interregional level.

Main duties:

• Management and organization of the work of the department;
• Organization of special investigations and participation in investigations of accidents and accidents at work that happened at enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of their type of economic activity and form of ownership in accordance with the requirements of the Procedure for investigation and record-keeping accidents, occupational diseases and accidents at work, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 04/17/2019 No. 337.
• Coordination of the work of the main state inspectors in the fields of supervision during the implementation of state supervision (control) measures within the scope of special investigations of accidents.
• Execution of control over the implementation of orders, resolutions, boards and other decisions of the State Labor of Ukraine and the Interregional Administration by employees of the Department.
• Organization and holding of production meetings of the department, including with the participation of managers of enterprises where there have been accidents with fatal consequences related to production, and those where the state of labor protection has deteriorated and increased traumatism.
• Consideration of appeals from legal entities and individuals on issues related to the competence of the department.

Competence requirements:

• ability to distribute tasks between severalemployees and form in them a correct understanding of the final goal and the expected result;

• the ability to support, monitor and control delegated tasks, to evaluate the effectiveness of their performance;

• awareness of the importance of quality performance of one's job duties in compliance with deadlines and established procedures;

• awareness of the level of responsibility during preparation and decision-making, readiness to bear responsibility for the possible consequences of the implementation of such decisions;

• the ability to think logically, generalize, specify, break down complex issues into components, distinguish the main from the secondary, identify patterns;

• the ability to analyze information and draw conclusions, critically assess situations, forecast and draw one's own conclusions;

• the ability to make timely and balanced decisions decisions;

• autonomy and initiative regarding proposals and decisions.

Mandatory requirements:

• higher education with an educational degree not lower than master
• fluent command of the state language,
• experience in civil service positions "B" and "B" or service in local self-government bodies, or work in management positions of enterprises, institutions, organizations, regardless of the forms of ownership, for at least two years.
• knowledge of legislation (Constitution of Ukraine; Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service"; Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" and other legislation),
• knowledge of legislation in the field (CPC of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine "On Labor Protection"; Procedure for investigating and recording accidents, professional diseases and accidents at work, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 17, 2019 No. 337).

Salary:

position salary - UAH 16,462;

+ allowances, bonus, additional payments (in accordance with Clause 13 of the Final Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget for 2025")
