Analyst (petroleum products, related products) in NOVIS TREYD, TOV

ANALYST The company NOVIS TRADE - a network of filling stations in Ukraine and food stores "YASKRAVA market" invites a Sales Analyst (petroleum products, related goods) to its team.

Functional duties:

• Building analytical models, dashboards and structured reports;
• Identifying trends, risks, problem areas and forming short conclusions;
• Working with large arrays of data from 1C, checking data purity;
• Interaction with the product, gas station managers, purchasing department;
• Preparation of "analytical reports" - short documents for decisions. 
  
  
reports for Architect and Product;
• Formation of sales forecasts and brief conclusions for each report;
• Automation of repetitive operations in 1C and Excel.
  
  
• Direction of grocery stores:
• Analysis of sales by categories, seasonality, demand;
• Evaluation of promo effectiveness, discounts, layoffs, and SKU policies;
• Control of assortment, balances, and product turnover;
• Purchase plans based on analytics and warning signals;
• Regular reporting and recommendations for product policy correction. 
   
  The result we expect from your work:
• Regular and accurate reports according to the schedule (daily / weekly / monthly);
• Each report is accompanied by a brief conclusion: what works, what does not work, risks, recommendations;
• Reduction of errors in 1C through system detection anomaly;
• Increasing the speed of management decisions of the architect and top managers. 
  
  
• Requirements:
• Experience as a sales analyst or financial analyst from 2 years.
• Proficient in 1C / BAS, Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, graphs);
• Understanding the principles of sales, inventory, margin, turnover;
• Ability to work with large data and find causal relationships;
• Attention, systematicity, execution discipline and speed.
