Head of the ICT, IS and cyber risk management department in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Develops and updates policies, regulations, procedures and instructions for the development of the operational risk management system of the Bank
• Participates in the development of a risk management strategy, a declaration of risk appetite, a recovery plan in the IT part of risks, information security risks and cyber risks
• Conducts assessments of the amount of IT risks, IS and cyber risks of the Bank, providing conclusions from IT risks
• Develops and implements a third-party risk management system in the IT part risks, information security risks, and cyber risks
• Conducts stress testing of operational risk in the area of ICT risks, IT risks, and cyber risks
• Participates in assessing the criticality of the bank's business processes
• Identifies measures to avoid, transfer, and mitigate operational risk in the area of IT risks, information security risks, and cyber risks
• Conducts training and consulting bank employees on operational risk management in the Bank
• Develops reporting on the level of operational risk and the results of operational risk management of the Bank

Main requirements:

• Higher education (information technology and information security)
• 5+ years of work experience in ICT risk assessment, information security, cyber risk or IT audit
• Experience in controlling IT strategy and IT Architecture
• Experience in controlling IT resource management
• Skills in controlling IT project management, IT incidents
• High level of knowledge of IT process management, IT changes and business continuity
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level (required)
