REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education not lower than a master's degree or a specialist.
• Fluency in the state language.
• Experience of not less than 2 years in the service of local authorities self-government, civil service or in management positions of enterprises, institutions and organizations.
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of local self-government, social protection, accessibility, budget process.
• Skills in organizing the work of units, strategic planning, resource management, preparation of project decisions and regulatory documents.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Implementation of the city council's policy and the implementation of the decisions of the mayor, the council and the executive committee in the field of accessibility and accessibility.
• Strategic planning: preparation of strategies, programs, draft solutions and proposals for the development of a barrier-free environment of Lviv MTG.
• Management of the budget of the unit: approval of estimates (within the limits of authority), disposal of budget funds, formation of proposals for financing programs.
• Management and coordination of work subordinate structural subdivisions, control of task performance, listening to reports. Monitoring and control of availability: assessment of compliance of objects with the norms of the National Security Agency; preparation of recommendations; interaction with enterprises, authorities, public organizations; response to citizens' appeals.
• Communication and interaction: management representation, cooperation with state bodies, international partners, participation in the development of grant applications, conducting educational events.
• Development and implementation of programs and projects to create an inclusive and barrier-free environment (physical, informational, digital, educational, civil), including monitoring, data analysis and reporting.
