Head of the department for monitoring the correctness of the provision of state social benefits in Golovne upravlinnya Pensiynogo fondu Ukrayini v m. Kievi

Requirements:

• citizenship of Ukraine;
• fluent command of the state language;
• experience in civil service positions of categories "B" or "B" or experience of service in local bodies self-governance, or work experience in management positions of enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, for at least two years.
• degree of higher education - not lower than a specialist or master's degree.

Duties:

1. Ensuring the performance of tasks and functions assigned to the department;

2. Carrying out control over the purpose (recalculation) of benefits for the payment of housing and communal services, the purchase of solid and liquid household fuel and liquefied gas, as well as providing the recipients of the specified benefits with the information specified by the legislation;

3. Implementation of control over the entry of information about privileged categories of citizens into the Unified state automated register of persons entitled to benefits, for automatic calculation of benefits from payment for housing and communal services;

4. ensures the protection of personal data concerning persons entitled to benefits and their family members;

5. Generalization, analysis of informational and analytical materials on issues related to the competence of the department;

6. Organization of training for specialists of the department with the aim of increasing the level of their professional qualifications.
