Functional responsibilities of the position (list of functions, main tasks)
- organizes inspections of the technical condition of administrative buildings and premises, summarizes the results;
- develops and monitors schedules of inspections and repairs of administrative buildings and premises;
- ensures timely provision of reports and analytics on the technical condition of buildings and results to the Director of Personnel Management of the Society repairs;
- develops proposals for eliminating deficiencies and improving the condition of administrative buildings and premises.
- ensures the development of technical tasks, applications, estimates, justifications, contracts and other documentation for the procurement of services for the implementation of current and major repairs of administrative buildings and premises;
- chairing the procurement commission when concluding direct contracts with non-tender procedures;
- ensures the verification of contractual prices for materials in the contractors’ estimates;
- ensures the execution of the approval procedure of the tender winner;
- ensures the execution of the approval procedure of the estimate, draft contract;
- controls the repair budget, confirms the payment register;
- prepares draft orders and orders within the scope of the Department’s activities;
- organizes the development unified solutions and standards within the corporate style of design of administrative buildings and premises.
