System administrator in SI BIS

FUNCTIONAL:

• Visit to customer facilities Maintenance, diagnostics and prevention technicians
• User technical support (remote and on-site)

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems: 7/10/11
• Problem diagnosis skills remotely and/or on-site
• Knowledge of computer hardware and office equipment
• Skills in technical support, user consultation in telephone mode and in remote access mode
• Experience in LAN installation and diagnostics will be an advantage

DESIRABLE:

• Experience with commercial equipment will be an advantage
• Communication skills
• Willing to take on a final year student.
