Head of the compensation and benefits department in THRASH! TRASh!

We are a Ukrainian chain of food storesTHRASH! TRASH!", which is part of the "Fozzy Group" group of companies.

Due to the rapid development of our network, we are looking for a Head of Compensation and Benefits

What we entrust to you:

• Organization and management of the work of the compensation and benefits department
• Budgeting and control of the implementation of FOP and other personnel costs
• Development and implementation of KPI systems and bonuses for company employees, analysis of their effectiveness
• Working with the staff list (SH) - planning, number control, FTE analysis
• Project management of job grading and calculation motivations according to the grade
• Update and development of internal regulations, instructions and policies in the field of remuneration, benefits and motivation
• Implementation and improvement of the benefits system, including the program of voluntary health insurance and life insurance
• Formation of HR analytics according to key metrics, preparation of management reporting
• Coordination of non-material motivation projects, participation in gamification initiatives
• Support of department heads in matters of remuneration, bonuses and motivational programs

What we expect:

• Work experiencefrom 3 years in the field of Compensation & Benefits, of which at least 1 year in a managerial position
• Deep understanding of principles of remuneration, grading, KPI, motivation and bonus systems
• Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level (pivot tables, formulas, analytics)
• Experience with analytics HAY, E&Y or similar systems
• Initiative, strategic thinking, attention to details and results orientation
