Main tasks:

• Ensure dispatchers training for normal and emergency scenarios
  
• Simulation of real situationsy in the power system network, such as de-energization of lines, shutdown of generators and recovery of regions of power systems or power nodes after blayouts.
• Organization of theoretical and practical training of operational personnel on control simulators,load forecasting and analysis of outages and restoration schemes of the damaged network with various scenarios of reduction or increase in frequency and voltage.
• Ensuring advanced training of operational staff and their retraining, with an emphasis on the competence of instructors and testing skills through exams and simulations in order to acquire skills to ensure the stability of the UES of Ukraine, prevent violations of the normal operation mode of the UES of Ukraine, and eliminate technological violations in the most optimal way. normal; font-weight: 400">Operability and functionality organization.Performance of analytical and advisory work on issues of training and operational training of dispatching and operational personnel of the UES transmission system.

• Higher technical education in the power industry.

• Knowledge of the basic principles of operation of relay protection and emergency automatics when evaluating their action during transient processes in the energy system of UES of Ukraine.
• A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Teams).
• High level of MS Excel.
• English level B-2.
