Requirements:

• Education not lower than basic higher education
• Ensuring the correct application of legislation
• Possessing basic computer and other office skills technology
• Ability to work with the Microsoft Office program package
• Ability to use electronic registers, electronic document management systems

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with system data personalized accounting of entered information about the labor activity of insured persons, detection of cases of absence of necessary entries in the labor book, incorrect or inaccurate entries, or other discrepancies.
• Processing of information about the labor activity of insured persons on the basis of scanned copies of labor books and other seniority documents received through the web portal of the electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine to the personal record cards of insured persons in the register of insured persons persons.
• Ensuring interaction with insured persons and policyholders through an electronic cabinet on the web portal of the Fund's electronic services by sending notifications about identified cases of absence of necessary entries in the work book or incorrect or inaccurate entries about periods of work or other discrepancies.
