Head of the B2B strategic development sector (Eastern cluster) in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for a head of the sector in the department of strategic development of corporate clients of the Eastern cluster, who will ensure the growth of Kyivstar's corporate business: will fulfill planned indicators, develop the team and strengthen our position on the B2B market. We are considering candidates from the cities of Potalava, Dnipro and Kharkiv.

What is included in your responsibilities?

• Ensure implementation and enforcement of corporate sales standards, procedures and regulations in the sector. 
• Monitor adherence to deadlines, quality and completeness of task performance by sector employees.
• Identify operational problems in the work of the sector and initiate corrective actions within their competence.
• Initiate changes in sales processes in order to increase efficiency. • Ensure the implementation of new products and solutions approved by the company in the work of the sector.
• Identify business needs for new products for the B2B market, form orders for the development of new products/solutions and proposals for promotion on the B2B market.  
• Provide feedback to the head of the department regarding sales results, difficulties and risks in working with clients. 

Who are we looking for?

• Higher education.
• Work experience of at least 5 years (in particular, 2 years in the field of sales to large enterprises).
• Experience in the implementation of large projects, effective sales management in a fixed territory.  
• Strategic thinking, managerial courage and determination, leadership and communication skills.
