In connection with the development of the technical direction, we are looking for a Head of the installation department who will take full responsibility for the organization, quality and result of installation work.

We are looking for a strong manager with an engineering background who knows how to lead teams, understands the economics of projects and brings objects to delivery on time, within budget and without

Main responsibilities:

Team management

• Management of installation crews and engineers
• Formation of crews, loading and resource planning
• Control of discipline, standards and quality of work
• Assessment of employee performance

Project management

• Organization and control installation of systems:
  • fire protection
  • video surveillance
  • access control (ACC)
  • security alarm system
  • structured cable networks (SCS)
• Control of terms, budget and marginality of projects
• Coordination with the sales department at the stage of implementation

Work with by clients

• Communication with clients during work
• Participation in technical meetings
• Coordinating changes and solving difficult situations

Document support

• Control of acts of work performed
• Executive and commissioning documentation
• Preparation of objects for delivery to operation

Requirements for the candidate:

Required:

• Experience of managing installation teams from 3 years
• Practical experience of implementing projects in the fields:
  PPZ, video surveillance, ACS, security alarm system, SCS
• Understanding the formation of commercial proposals and technical calculations
• Understanding economics and profitability of projects
• Experience in commissioning facilities
• Ability to work with technical and executive documentation

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in engineering companies
• Participation in tenders
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework
