Key role:
Head of Marketing and Sociological Research is a strategic position that combines deep expertise in pharmaceutical market research with leadership in building a research and analytical function that supports our clients' business decisions.
Functional position:
1. Management of research activities after the start of the project
- Acceptance of the project to work after confirmation and transfer from the sales manager.
- Evaluation of the client's request, clarification of research tasks, formation of internal specifications.
- Building an optimal research model taking into account the specifics of the medical market and client expectations.
2. Organization and implementation of research
- Planning and control of the launch of quantitative and qualitative research: surveys of doctors, patients, pharmacists, representatives of medical institutions.
- Coordination of the work of analysts, project managers, interviewers.
- Quality control of data collection, compliance with MDM deadlines and standards.
3. Analytics and reporting
- Control of analysis of collected data, construction of reports, dashboards, presentations.
- Formulation of conclusions and recommendations that have practical value for the client.
- Preparation of materials for internal use as well as for client presentations.
4. Interaction with sales managers and other departments
- Close cooperation with salesteam to clarify the client's expectations, contract features and project specifics.
- Participation in internal meetings regarding the status of projects, discussion of results and next steps.
5. Development of the direction of research
- Introduction of new research methods, tools and technologies.
- Increasing the qualifications of the team, participation in industry events.
- Monitoring trends in the field of medical, sociological and marketing research.
6. Tools and technologies
- Working with analytical platforms: Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, Excel.
- Working with medical databases, CRM systems, dashboards, internal analytical tools.
Requirements:
- Higher education (marketing, sociology, statistics, economics as an advantage).
- Experience in the field of marketing research from 3 years.
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, desirable experience in working with medical databases.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SPSS
- Experience in team, project management and interactions with clients.
- Ability to present analytics in an understandable business format.
- Knowledge of the English language from B1 and above.
