YOUR TASKS AND DUTIES IN THE POSITION WILL:

• execute the management of the analytics department;
• be responsible for the organization of consolidated financial reporting and the implementation of the Company’s planned indicators;
• represent the interests of the Company based on the instructions of the management in relations with institutions, organizations and enterprises on matters related to its competence;
• management of the analytics department, setting tasks to subordinates, monitoring their implementation, providing feedback, mentoring new employees;
• participation in the development of the company's development strategy and priorities, measures for the effective use of material, labor and financial resources;
• organization of the process of development and preparation of business plans and company budgets;
• conducting an audit of the use of existing reporting, identifying shortcomings and preparing recommendations for their elimination;
• ensuring management management accounting of financial and economic indicators of the Company's work and the preparation of periodic reports, presentation materials for management;
• providing a systematic analysis of reporting on the financial state of the Company (results of financial and economic activity, cash flow, settlement status and repayment of debt);
• conducting a systematic analysis of the effectiveness of marketing actions, advertising campaigns, PR and digital campaigns, marketing research sales markets, competitors, prices for goods and services;
• monitors the rational and economical use of material, labor and financial resources in order to identify intra-economic reserves, prevent losses and unproductive expenses;
• preparation and timely submission of statistical and other types of periodic reporting, in responsecompliance with regulations, approved forms and instructions;
• make proposals for improving the performance indicators (KPI) of department employees;
• ensure regular assessment of the economic effect of projects and business initiatives of the company's divisions, make proposals for improving the company's business processes.

INDICATORS EFFICIENCY:

• adherence and implementation of the plan for the main indicators of activity that affect the financial results of the Company;
• compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, which regulates the activity of the Company and concerns the tasks and functions assigned to the analytics department;
• high professional level of the employees of the department.

OUR WISHES TO OF THE FUTURE EMPLOYEE:

• complete higher economic education, qualification level — master;
• have at least 5 years of professional work experience, of which at least 2 years in a managerial position;
• have expert knowledge of the regulatory documentation that regulates the Company’s activities and concerns the tasks and functions assigned to the department analysts;
• have the basics of ethics of business communication and conducting negotiations;
• have skills in working with large data sets;
• know the methods of accounting and analysis of economic indicators of the Company's activity;
• have experience in working with databases and writing SQL queries of various complexity;
• you are an advanced user ofMS Exel and add-ons, Power BI.
