Head of the technical service department.

Education: higher technical.

Experience: at least 3 years in management positions in the relevant industry.

Professional skills and approvals:

• Organization and repair of food processing equipment industry.

• Ability to read drawings, diagrams and technical documentation (including in English).

• Electrical safety group IV (over 1000 V).

• Admissions: work with pressure vessels, gas equipment, lifting mechanisms, thermal power plants.

• Knowledge of technology beverage production.

Additional competencies:

• PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Analytical and technical skills, experience working with audiences and project management.

• Basic technical English.

• Developed communication skills and ability to work in team.

Primary Responsibilities:

1.Equipment Operations and Efficiency

• Analyzes equipment and personnel performance to understand how to improve line productivity and quality of work.

• Plans and coordinates maintenance and repair schedules to the equipment worked stably and economically.

• Checks how repair plans are carried out and monitors the loading of technicians and contractors.

2.Spare parts and resources

• Monthly analyzes the stock of spare parts and maintains the optimal level - without unnecessary costs and deficit.

• Offers solutions for upgrading equipment or changing operating modes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

3. Troubleshooting and improving processes

• Organizes the analysis of the causes of technical problems and, together with other departments, develops an action plan to eliminate them.

• Implements new procedures, instructions, standards and service schedules.

• Makes sure that all documents and instructions at workplaces are up to date.

4. Launch of new products and new equipment

• Organizes the launch of new products: testing, personnel training, equipment adaptation, updating instructions.

• Accepts new equipment into operation: conducts test runs, determines what needs to be refined, and coordinates these works.

5. Participation in projects and audits

• Participates in production improvement projects (LEAN, ReMM, Eureka, etc.).

• Participation in internal and external audits on safety, working conditions, fire and food safety.

• Analyzes risks and helps develop corrective measures measures.

6. Work with contractors

• Evaluates the quality of works of contractors within the framework of capital investment projects — fromfrom start to finish.
