Your main tasks:

• Active search for candidates using various channels (Job-portals, social networks, LinkedIn).
• Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates' professional skills.
• Forming a database of potential employees.
• Supporting the candidate at all stages: from the first contact to starting work.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in recruiting or HR (preferred).
• Ability to find a common language with different people.
• Skills in working with CRM systems and office programs.
• Result orientation and attention to detail.
