We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and results driven Head of Talent Acquisition Unit to join our Meest International team in Lviv office. This role is pivotal in onboarding new employees, managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior.Responsibilities:- Coordinating all administrative activities related to personnel;- Manage the staffing process;- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local regulations;- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date;- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team;- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently;- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory;- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives- Maintain HR systems and processes;- Conduct performance and salary reviews;- Provide HR support and guidance to staff;- Regularly confer with other department heads and managers to evaluate new compensation, compliance, and benefits demands and prepare detailed job descriptions;- Prepare operational budgets for the personnel and ensure adherence;- Leading exit interviews;- Mediating between company and employees. Requirements:- Good balance of technological and interpersonal skills, work experience in HR; - Strong interpersonal skills considering he/she handle very sensitive matters that affect employees directly;- persuasive speaking, active listening, critical thinking, patience, leadership, problem-solving, negotiating, decision making, and empathy;- need to know how to use tools such as: human resources software, accounting software, spreadsheet software, Microsoft Office, E-mail software;- knowledge of Labor Legislation;- bachelor's degree in human resources, business or disciplines intertwined with HR (Master's degree preferred);- Fluent English (min. B-2)
