Head of HR in Traders Union

HR Director We are looking for someone who will help us properly build all HR functions from scratch and take control of the efficiency and professional growth of our team in the future. Responsibilities: - Automation of HR processes; - Development and implementation of general, team and individual development plans, and career prospects; - Implementation, maintenance and control of the implementation of various HR processes (onboarding, adaptation and offboarding); - Development, implementation and monitoring of metrics to assess the performance of each employee; - Taking part in optimizing the company’s business processes; - Development and implementation of corporate culture; - Regularly conducting surveys and collecting feedback for further analysis, identifying employee needs and meeting them, to improve the efficiency of both each individual employee and and teams and the company as a whole; - Monitoring and analysis of HR metrics (staff turnover, engagement, etc.); - Assessment of heads of structural divisions for compliance with their positions; - Interaction with management on issues of personnel assessment and development. Requirements:- Experience in HR from 3 years, preferably in the IT or financial sector; - Experience with specialized software; - Developed communication skills; - Responsibility, attention to detail; - Experience in building a structure of more than 100 people; - Ability to Manage using a dashboard and metrics for key processes; - Ability to structure information and organize processes; - Willingness to make decisions independently and take responsibility; - Ability to maintain a high pace of work; - Have experience and skills in developing a system of analytical characteristics for assessing personnel performance.
