Head of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Lead in Chain of stores BEREZKA

The international chain of grocery stores "BEREZKA" is scaling up and building a centralized Talent Acquisition function for 4 countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Romania, Serbia. A strong TA Lead role is required to build a recruitment system from scratch/reform an existing one and manage the process in a multi-country environment.

The purpose of the role

To close positions from line staff (retail) to specialists and top management, building a stable, manageable and predictable recruitment process for all countries.

Work model

• TA Lead (center) - strategy, standards, key positions
• Local HR coordinators in each country (disciplined executors according to standards)

Key requirements for the candidate

Required:

• Experience of mass recruitment + selection of specialists

(retail + office: analytics, marketing, finance, IT)

• Experience of working in a multi-country / multi-locations

(min. 2-3 countries or regions)

• Full recruiting cycle:
• funnel;
• sources;
• interviews;
• checks;
• offers;
• adaptation;
• Working English
• Ability to refuse to candidates, even strong and charismatic

Important:

Orientation to the EU / EEA market

Resistance to cross-country complexity (4 countries = many nuances)

Location / documents

Candidate must be able to legally work or move

Desired relocation to Bulgaria (the company's main assets), or work in the countries of the company's presence: Serbia, Cyprus, Romania.

The possibility of legal employment is a must
