Product manager, manager of the charity brand Animalism in UAnimals

We are looking for a product manager who will take on the full cycle of creating physical products - from the idea of ​​a new drop to the finished circulation and launch. Since our brand directs 100% of profits to save animals and the environment.

What needs to be done?

• Look for ideas for new collections, drops and corporate orders;
• Analyze trends, references and form product concepts;
• Look for materials, fabrics, technologies and suppliers;
• Search and communicate with workshops, craftsmen, contractors and agree terms;
• Form technical tasks for designers, illustrators and production;
• Cooperate with illustrators: make edits, monitor deadlines and payments;
• Organize production of samples and approve final layouts;
• Support the production and sewing of editions;
• Organize the application of prints and transfer the correct layouts;
• Accept finished products, check quality and work with defects;
• Fix costs and calculate the cost of goods;
• Prepare goods for launch: completeness, descriptions, prices, data for website;
• Develop and order packaging;
• Create products for corporate orders;
• Support reorders and reprints.

What do you need to know?

• Work with physical products and production.
• Conduct several processes in parallel and do not lose details.
• Communicate with contractors clearly and to the point.
• Maintain and adhere to the planning of collections and drops.
• Calculate cost and work with budgets.
• Structure information, agreements and documents.
• Bring tasks to a final result.
• Own graphics programs (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, other) and AI tools for design.
