We are looking for a manager of the first line of technical support. The team has more than 10 subordinate specialists. Viyar Technical Support serves more than 4,000 internal customers. We have a fleet of equipment with a nominal value of more than 35,000 units. Our branches are located in 17 cities of Ukraine and Poland. The main goal of a technical support manager is to support, improve and create new processes.

Your tasks:
- Manage the technical support team;
- Maintain, improve and create the technical support process;
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of the first line of support (Service Desk);
- Control of compliance SLA;
- Formation and compliance with scheduled maintenance of office equipment;
- Implementation and compliance with the relevance of the knowledge base;
- Formation of reports on the main indicators of the work of the technical support team;
- Formation of the shift schedule and business trips of a team of 10+ people;
- Coordinate the work of regional system administrators;
Necessary expertise:
- Experience in a similar position for 5+ years;
- Experience in managing a team of 10+ people;
- Ability to manage a team and distribute time/responsibilities;
- Ability to analyze problems and quickly solve them;
- Experience with: Jira (or other Service Desk), AD, administration Windows;
