Inventory manager in Torgoviy Dim AV

The company Torgovy Dim AV invites to the team a Inventory Manager. We are one of the largest companies in Ukraine in the field of production and sale of alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely and uninterrupted delivery of products to the company's remote warehouses.
• Formation and control of orders based on data on turnover, balances and sales plans.
• Keeping records movement of goods in the accounting system.
• Control of balances in remote warehouses, maintaining the optimal level of stocks.
• Participation in inventories, analysis of the causes of discrepancies and preparation of proposals for their elimination.
• Preparation of regular reports for management (balances, movement of goods, circulation, execution of plans).

Requirements for the candidate:

• Understanding the principles of warehouse accounting and movement of goods.
• Knowledge of the methods of inventory planning and their optimal level control.
• Knowledge of the rules of document flow during movement and shipment products.
• Analytical thinking, the ability to work with a large amount of data and draw conclusions.
• A confident user of MS Excel (pivotal tables, formulas, basic analytical tools).
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems (1C, SAP or similar) is desirable.
